What personal information does AvraGo collect?
AvraGo collects information such as your name, contact details, payment information, and driver’s license details for identity verification and payment processing. We may also collect information about your RV listings and rental history.
Only authorised personnel within AvraGo including payment merchant processors can access your personal data. We do not share your data with any third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email within 7 business days of your date of change. Information we receive from our customers is protected by Google Web Services (GWS), who provides our cloud hosting Services. All customer data collected is secured against unauthorized use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on GWS, it is held by our payment services merchant providers.
Collection, processing and storage of your information

We receive and store information you enter on our website [or give us in any form] you will be required to provide basic contact information such as your full name/s, phone number/s, addresses, account details and email address to enable us to send information or process your booking product order, we may also collect additional information at other times should we require this from our end to you the client, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, change your content or email preferences, respond to a survey, or communicate with our customer support team.

Certain personal information is required to set up an account to list or hire your camp vehicle via the AvraGo platform.
If you set up or access your account via FaceBook we will use your first and last names and email address provided via Facebook to create your account in our database and to provide ongoing access.
When you first list or hire a Caravan, Camper Trailer or Caravan through the AvraGo platform, you will be asked to provide:

Your identity - full name and address, email address, phone number/s, copy of your licence and passport (all copies must be within a 6 month date of expiration) in order to facilitate and process bookings on our platform.

AvraGo credit security checks all peer to peer customers within the AvraGo community no person will be permitted to transact on the platform anonymously.
We may use personal contact information collected from you for the purpose of providing you with direct marketing material updates regarding our website and information in the form of a newsletter. This will only apply if you have registered on the AvraGo platform or subscribed to such publications by registering your details with us. However, if you wish to cease receiving any such information you may let us know either by email or unsubscribing at any time and your request will be actioned as soon as physically possible.
Individual profile and company details are not used for any other purpose. Details are only supplied to a third-party supplier (such as our payment services and identity check providers) or any other goods or services which you have purchased. To the extent that we do share your personal information with a service provider, we would only do so if that party has agreed to comply with our privacy standards as described in this privacy policy. Some of our service providers may be overseas and may not be subject to Australian Privacy Laws. Please contact us if you require specific details if you are registering on our platform from overseas.
We will use all reasonable means to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Information as you (the ongoing hire services) will be required to sign and return a confidentiality agreement with AvraGo and waiver any incumbencies of your position at the time of engagement with AvraGo while in our possession or control and any non-personal information, communications and material you send to the AvraGo website or to us by email, or which we obtain from third parties without promises of confidentiality, may be kept, used and disclosed by us on a non-confidential basis. We are free to use and reproduce any such information freely, and for any purpose whatsoever. Specifically, we will be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose, including developing, manufacturing or marketing products, request access to and / or correction of your personal Information
You have a right under the Privacy Act 1988 to access personal information that AvraGo holds about you. We will respond to your request within 30 days. You may also ask us to correct this information if it is incorrect.
If you wish to have your personal data deleted, we will deal with your request in accordance with the Privacy Act.

Secure credit card payment

AvraGo has engaged a globally accredited payment service provider to secure all aspects involving customer payment via credit cards.
All customer credit card information is securely submitted and processed entirely on their systems; AvraGo staff cannot access, view, process or store sensitive cardholder data (such as credit card numbers, PIN numbers or CCV numbers) Credit card details are encrypted by the customer’s browser before they are sent to our systems and are never exposed in clear-text.
Our systems are globally certified to meet the regulatory security requirements outlined by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (or PCIDSS). PCIDSS certification is required by banks and credit card issuers in order to allow merchants such as AvraGo to accept payments from customer credit cards. As part of the certification process, Our merchants implement stringent security controls and undertake regular independent security audits to maintain its certification and security assurance levels world wide.
